TS Task Control

An operations console for a travel-support team that runs trips end to end. Team leads see who is on shift and what each agent owes today, track every trip execution across flights, hotels, event tickets and transfers, and review each execution for gaps before signing it off. Designed in a custom luxury Frutiger Aero system, Aero Synthetics.

What the design covers

• Team Today: KPI counters (total, done, past due, due today) and an agent roster with per-agent task lists
• Executions: filterable pipeline table covering bookings, check-ins, reconfirmations, reminders and welcome steps
• Review: expected-vs-created audit, flags and anomalies, booking-to-task matching and a sign-off summary
• Read-only mode, auto-refresh and empty and error states designed from the start
• Monospace data alignment for dense operational information
